A college and career exploration product that helps students discover majors, connect them with careers, and compare degree paths using consistent public data.

The need:my youngest daughter was choosing a college path. I wanted to turn scattered information into a clearer way for students and families to explore possibilities they might otherwise miss.

What it demonstrates:product discovery, public-data research, information architecture, AI-assisted exploration, comparison UX, full-stack development, and direct market testing.

An exploration tool built on public data. Earnings figures are medians for past graduates and describe groups, not individuals. Not academic, career, or financial advice.

Twenty years of context. A much larger build surface.

I spent more than 20 years designing and developing custom websites and WordPress systems for clients. That work taught me how to understand users, organize complex information, shape visual systems, communicate with clients, and deliver within real constraints.

AI expanded the portion of the product I can own. I now work across product strategy, research, UX, full-stack development, model and tool selection, agentic workflows, testing, launch, and iteration.

I learn this work by building every day, releasing products, following new capabilities closely, and seeing what holds up in practice. I bring that working knowledge to my own products, and it is what I would bring to a corporate contracting opportunity.
